When will I receive my order?
Allow 2 to 3 weeks between your order and delivery. Your ball is packed and shipped directly by our manufacturing partner, based abroad. You'll get an email when it ships, with a tracking link when one is available. If delivery takes longer than expected, we'll let you know by email.
How much is shipping?
€3.99 per order, free from 2 balls. We only deliver to mainland France.
Can I return my ball?
Yes. You have 14 days after delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, no reason needed. Email us at nass.sof.pro@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address, which may be outside France. The ball must come back complete and in good condition, and return shipping is at your expense. We refund the price and the original shipping cost within 14 days, to your original payment method (we may wait until we receive the ball or your proof of shipping).
My order hasn't arrived or is damaged: what should I do?
Email us at nass.sof.pro@gmail.com with your order number. We'll check with the carrier and sort it out with a replacement or a refund. Your statutory rights apply in every case.
Which size should I choose for my dog?
S is for small dogs, M for medium dogs and L for large dogs. The ball should always stay too big for your dog to swallow: if you're torn between two sizes, pick the bigger one and watch the first few sessions.
How do I use the Ballzi ball?
Fill the hollow with a treat or a little dog toothpaste to get your dog's attention from the first minutes. Watch the first few sessions to check the size suits their jaw, then let them chew away: the ridges rub against their teeth while they play. Rinse the ball with clean water after each use, and remove it if it splits or gets damaged. When your dog grows, move up a size.
What is the Ballzi ball made of?
The Ballzi ball is made of thick, textured rubber built to stand up to chewing. It comes in 8 colors and 3 sizes (S, M, L).
How do I clean the Ballzi ball?
Rinse it with clean water after each use, with a little mild soap if needed, especially if you filled it with a treat or dog toothpaste.
What if the ball is defective?
Send a photo and your order number to nass.sof.pro@gmail.com. Like any product sold to consumers in France, the ball is covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery and the guarantee against hidden defects. Normal wear from chewing isn't a defect.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments go through a secure payment provider, so Ballzi never sees or stores your full card details.
How do I use the NEWS10 code?
Join the newsletter to get the code, then enter it in your cart ("Have a promo code?"). It gives 10% off once per customer, and shipping stays free from 2 balls.
